The essence of the meeting: to bring you back to yourself.

The essence of the meeting

To bring you back to yourself

To change habits and patterns to return to the wise part that is there, that has always been there, to an inner knowing of truth. To observe life and act out of awareness and choice.

Why is this difficult?

It is difficult for us to change behaviors and lifestyles because behaviors are based on deep emotional patterns, learned in early stages. They influence the way we perceive and respond to reality. They originate from social influences, from painful events from the past that affect the present. The point is, even when we already know what we need to change in our thinking or behavior, we continue to operate in a closed circle that is difficult to break out of.

How does it work?

To reach the wise part of us, which knows how to choose, we must peel away emotional defenses. Get to know the emotional behavioral patterns, thoughts, beliefs and forces that exist within us. Dive into places that are in the conscious and unconscious parts, to the basis of difficulties.

It is a dialectical process of flexible movement between acceptance of ourselves and life's circumstances and change to patterns and habits that move us toward a life worth living.

Beliefs and values

Beliefs and values

Throughout life, we also learn and internalize limiting beliefs that affect the way we perceive ourselves and reality. They are not really who we are, but who we have become accustomed to being. So even as adults, we are sometimes unaware of our true self-worth. When we change limiting beliefs, which are sometimes unconscious, we can effectively resolve difficulties and become the ones who choose our own path.

Combining emotional work with work on beliefs and values will help delve into the root of the difficulties.
